What We Believe

We believe that the King James Authorized Bible is the Inspired, perfect, infallible, plenary Word of God. The King James preserves the very words of God in the form that God wished them to be represented in today’s universal language which is the English language.  Psalm 12:6, 7; Proverbs 30:6.

We believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin and conceived by the Holy Ghost. Luke 1:26-35; Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:25.

We believe that salvation is by grace through faith and not of works. Salvation is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ alone that He literally shed for mankind at the Cross of Calvary. He also physically rose again from the dead.  Luke 24:36-43; Ephesians 2:8, 9; Romans 4:5.

We believe that baptism is by immersion after salvation and that infant baptism is not scriptural. We don’t believe in Baptismal Regeneration.  Matthew 28:19, 20.

We believe in the Lord’s Supper or Communion. It is a memorial and not a means of salvation. This is to be partaken of by Born Again believers within the local church. We practice closed Communion. I Corinthians 11:23-34.

We believe in a pre-millennial, pre-tribulation, pre-wrath rapture of the Church. I Thessalonians 4:16-18; I Corinthians 15-51-53.

We believe that the signs such as miracles, healing, and tongues belong primarily to Israel. When these are performed today by the Charismatics, it is not of the Holy Spirit but of another spirit which is not of God but devilish and demonic. Mark 16:15-20; I John 4:1.

We believe that even though man is dead in trespasses and sins he still has a free will. We believe that Jesus Christ died for the sins of the world. Mankind is free to reject or accept this gift. We are not Calvinists.  Romans 10:13; Revelation 22:17.

We believe that when a man is saved by receiving Jesus Christ into his heart and asking Christ to save his soul from hell that the person is eternally secure forever and can never lose his salvation. Ephesians 1:13 & 4:30; Philippians 1:6.

We believe in separation and that a Christian needs to be separate from the world. We are in this world, but we are not to be of this world.  II Corinthians 6:14-17; James 4:4; I Corinthians 5:9-11.

We believe in soul winning, street preaching, door knocking, and tract distribution.  Mark 16:15, Acts 17:17 & 20:20.

We believe in the Trinity. Jesus is the Son of God, but yet He is, “God manifest in the flesh.” The Holy Spirit is God as well as it is clearly defined in the scriptures.  I Timothy 3:16; I John 5:7; II Corinthians 3:17.

We believe in a literal hell where lost sinners go for all eternity.  Matthew 25:41; Revelation 20:15.
